Short Description
This seminar addresses one of the most important dimensions of entrepreneur’s competences which is entrepreneurial leadership. The trainees in this seminar are introduced in the meaning of the term by providing various definitions and theories related on. The distinction between managerial competences and leadership ones is also of critical importance to understand the importance of the term. The trainees will also learn about the characteristics and strategies of entrepreneurial leadership that can support them to reach high performance. The seminar also will provide students with the appropriate techniques to acquire leadership skills.
