Short Description

The course is aimed at acquainting attenders with possible forms of intellectual property rights protection in the international space. The course will mainly focus on issues such as: IP protection forms like patents, copyrights or trade secret; protection of research and development (R&D) work effects by students or scientists from different countries of the world. During the classes, examples of the use of intellectual property rights will be presented. Also some case studies will be discussed.
